When you place your order with the Folly of Wisdom we want to make sure you get a quality product everytime.
For that reason, if there are any issues with the quality of your order, we ask that you take the following steps.
Step One: Email us with a complete description of the issue.
Step Two: Attach any photos of the issue so we can communicate with our production partner to find a solution.
Step Three: Let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the processing of refunds/replacement requests. Because we are a made to order business, returns and replacements will only be processed in instances where there are quality defects in terms of the printing or construction of our products.
